i want to flash my Xbox 360 BenQ Drive to iXtreme 1.6?

i want to flash my Xbox 360 BenQ Drive to iXtreme 1.6 and i only have the hdmi cable..is it even possible to flash it with the hdmi cable or do i NEED the Component cable?

I think I know what you are saying...basically the guides say you have to have the AV cable plugged in because if you don't, you will get a flashing red ring until you put it in. Try it yourself; take out the HDMI cable and turn it on. The ring will flash red. This is normal behavior, but it can inhibit the flash process. HDMI will work fine for stopping this...as long as the system boots up normally, with a normal green ring, you are fine.

There's No Relation Between Flashing Your Xbox 360 DVD Drive

and The HDMI Cable

You Need To Open ( Disassemble) Your XboX360, And

Use The Appropriate Tools To Flash It.

However, Flashing The BenQ Isn't Hard.
