ok, i'm trying to play a game called worms 4 mayhem (i know it is playable on the xbox 360 i looked)
but i need the emulater i don't have an xbox live connection (internet not fast enough) and when i click to order the disc the xbox .com site tells me there is a error
so i tried downloading it and putting it on a disc just like it said how to on the website

i downloaded it and i tried to put it on a disc and everytime it gives me a error i dont know if its vista or what i have a brand new acer desktop bought a couple weeks ago and i dont know what to do

p.s the error reads "There was an error burning this disk. It might no longer be usable"

p.s.s its a brand new stack of writable discs

You can either try calling Microsoft to see if they can send you the BC update on disc.

Or, if you know/can find somebody who gets the Official Xbox Magazine with the demo DVD, they usually include the latest Backwards Compatibility update on the demo disc. The BC Update hasn't changed in over a year, so if you can find any recent demo disc, you'll be good to go.

attempt it. Stick the disk in and notice what occurs. Worse which could take place is that it wont play them. so a methods as im conscious it is going to play ok, it is going to easily choose for an replace which will immediately acquire 'if' it works. I did this for Elder Scrolls: Morrowind 2days in the past. Its for the unique Xbox and a mate of mine needed it yet on condition that it worked on the xbox 360 so i attempted it on my 360. only had to acquire a patch and it loaded up and worked advantageous. Ive have been given the Xbox 360 narrow (250GB HD) so unsure if it makes a distinction while in comparison with yours with the 4GB HD

At this point you may want to call 1-800-4myxbox and you can request that thy send you the disk, Just FYI, sometimes they take forever getting you the disk in the mail. Good luck!
