Should I by playstation 3 slim or Xbox 360 slim?

alrite,i'm tired of my wii and i admit now i'm gonna go to the darkside with hardcoregaming trouble is I don't which one?
PS3 has free multiplayer facebook etc etc
Xbox's live content is awesome except for the fact tat u have to pay and yea
so which one??They say the graphics and gameplay is awesome more on xbox than PS3
and i love the idea of controlling myself without controllers as seen on kinect

For me! I would still go for PS3 since i like watching movies and i dont have to pay anything. I like the graphics in PS3. Just one questions are you going to play with your friends? then choose one PS3 or Xbox 360. I know its a hard decision but for me PS3 still what i want. Some tips and advice to know more about the console.

First if you compare the PSN to XBL reviews that $50 (soon $60) is well spent, PSN gets bad reviews from many users, but you get what you pay for. Second most games with multi platform releases do look better on xbox but that is because the developers port them from XBox's GPU rendering to PS's cell rendering, without actually updating the graphics for the cell rendering process, when comparing equally developed games they give the same quality of graphics. Move and Kinect are both fads and will take a lot to prove that they are either not a knock off of the wii control system (PS Move) or a questionably usable interface (Kinect).

why did you ask this in the Xbox section when you can expect most of the people to say to get an Xbox 360. anyways ps3 is a superior console in everything except for the online experience. they get much more and better exclusives (if those money hungry duochbags at microsoft don't buy them all off of sony first) much more reliable, better graphics (who ever told you xbox has better graphics is a little high) and much more loyal fans. microsoft only cares about making money and not about the actual games itself.



i recommend the ps3 if you enjoy a good solo experience (don't get me wrong, ps3's online is decent but nowhere as good as xbox 360)

Why PS3.

exclusives: Little Big Planet, Mod Nation Racers, Uncharted, Killzone, Resistance,God of War and Valkyria Chronicles (RPG/Stragedy).. God of War, Killzone, Valkyria all has really good graphics..



Play Station Home (Free), Virtual World very good video game adverting, Video Games has there own rooms you can get free avatar items and stuff for your video game to.



The controller has tilt like you can steer by turning your controller on some games.



And some new PS3 games are going to be in 3d like Killzone 3 coming out. wear 3d glasses too. Not sure about move yet but its out.



Why Xbox

exclusives: Halo Series, God of War, Dead Space...

Party speak you can be doing anything and be talking to your friends.

I like both alot, I'm not that excited about Kinect because it felt like alot of the motions you could do on the wii.

Why get 360? PS3 is awesome. IT IS ALL FREE!!! You don't have to pay to play online. Plus, PS3 can hook up via HDMI. It's not even a question Sony's PS3 is better than Microsoft's Xbox 360 by a long shot. By the way, I haven't had one problem with my PS3 since I got it when it first came out. Microsoft had a huge problem with the red ring of death.

xbox has facebook and the option to link your zune and netflix to it. since you have a wii the move probably seems lame to you so i guess you dhould buy the xbox because it will be something new and hopefully better.
