Test Drive Unlimited tuning help!?

Question

I just bought the game and got a Saturn Sky as my first car. I want to tune it up, but I cant find the tuning shops. Even when I go to the map and push show only tuning shops, nothing shows up. Help!

you have to drive by or past it to have it appear on you map same as for all the car shops in which you have to visit each one to open your bike shops up but a hint for you its in the same area almost as to where you bought your car just ride around some
