playing games on a modded xbox(fable)?

if i get the right files for a particular xbox game(such as fable) that is also on the pc.can i take the files from the pc game and get the xbe file from the xbox game to allow it to play on the xbox. i've heard of this method with homebrews and quake 3 pc version on the xbox method

No, it won't work. The homebrew games will use some parts of a PC game that is identical to the Xbox part (e.g. graphics, Dialogue Text, Level geometry databases and so on). But the executable file is different from Xbox and PC. So this will not work. Even on a modded Xbox.
