I figured out how to do it, but I wont be telling you. just kid. u must have a windows live account on your computer, and u must use the same email addess and password that u made for your 360 profile to sign in. U also need to create a messenger account on your computer and use the email address then wen u sign into xbox live go to the messenger thing and your contacts should be there.

Windows live came with the new update for Xbox. simply register your login id with Windows live under the chat and IM link and you can go from there from past experiance with adding friends from a pc
