I have the same problem. OPEN on 360 and STRICT on XBONE. I have a wireless modem with ISP Optus. The modem is a Huawei. My plan is pre-paid. I live in Australia.
I tried testing the network connection which fixes the STRICT NAT (setting it back to OPEN) on the 360 but it didn't work on the XBONE.

I have the same issue. I used the port forward config program and it didn't work and I also manually forwarded the ports but still the same thing. One thing I noticed is that the xbox 360 has no MAC address but my Xbox one does and I can't remove it. Possible cause?

Try this. It worked for me. http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/nat-type-strict.1018459/
Also, give your Xbox One a Static IP, if you have not already.
DISREGARD ALL THE YOUTUBE VIDEOS HERE S THE REAL FIX STRAIGHT FROM XBOX ONE LIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Follow the steps below:
Lets clear your system cache first. Please go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage
Then go back to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart.
Once the console reboot, please check if you will have the same issue. If you do follow the steps below:
Please disable the DMZ and use an automatic IP address for the console first. Then disable the UPnP >> Turn off your console >> restart your network hardware(router and modem) >> Access the router user interface and enable the UPnP >> Restart your network hardware again and turn on the Xbox.
Your network should provide an Open NAT after that.

If you are in china. give up. it cant be done without the chance of making your whole internet connection fubar. get used to playing shooters and fighting games online. no chance for success unless china stops being very stingy with the internet. sorry you have to find out from me. you could fix this if you were a internet genius. but then the government might knock on your door black bag you and you wake up in working in a mine god knows where.

The best way to fix it is to reset your modem by turning it off and then on. This should sort out the problem. If not it may be caused by your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
