They're the same thing. One just has a larger hard drive. The 20 GB is the older version of the Premium/Pro. The 60GB is the newer. Both come with the same accessories. The 60 GB came out in October of last year. If given a choice, get the 60 GB as it is better with a newer chip set than the older one.

They're just different generations of the premium. The first premium that came out didn't have HDMI port. Then about 2 years later, MS decided to include HDMI output on the 20 gb premium. The 60 gb is just the same as the 20 gb premium with HDMI output except it has a bigger hard drive. It might also contain the Jasper chip (not confirmed), which should help to further reduce the chance of the 360 getting the ring of death. The 60 gb is better since it's cheaper, and you get a bigger hard drive.

OF the ones you mentioned, they are the same
XBOX 360 Premium/Pro = White XBOX 360 with silver trim, 60GB HDD (20GB discontinued), wireless controller, ethernet cable and headset
^ Either way, this model (the XBOX 360 Premium) is discontinued there's only the Elite (120GB HDD) and the Arcade (256MB) available now

The only difference is the type of controller for the most part. Premium systems include a wireless controller whereas basic only have the wired controller. Furthermore, a wired XBOX Live headset is included with the Premium system.
Hope this helped!
