how to leave XBOX one games in console while removing my account from it?

selling my xbox one but i want to leave the downloaded games in the console so the new owner can play it. so if i factory reset/removing my email/account from the console, Will it also remove those purchase digital games too - if not then how should i properly erase my data without removing the games

You can't. It's set up that way so you can't share. You CAN share if you are willing to leave your account on there as that being your Home Xbox One and then import your profile to another Xbox One, but I would never trust that the other owner isn't going to mess with your account.

Impossible. The account that owns the games has to be linked to the console for the games to work. There's no way around that.

Games purchased & downloaded on your account are on YOUR ACOUNT not the xbox's hard drive
