Is the old xbox live for the regular xbox still working? and if so, is it compatible with the new xbox 360 live players? I would like to get xbox live for my regular xbox, but im not sure if it is still working or is it all xbox 360 live? And if the old xbox live is working, will I be able to but subscriptions?

YES! xbox original is still on xbl the only way you can play 360 gamers is if they are laying backword compatible games but all the main 1 are backword compatible

Yes, xbox live is still working, and it is compatible with the 360, but you basically can't do much, chat or send any messages on the 360 with a normal xbox live subscription.

Xbox Live is different from 360 Live.

You can play with 360 players only if they play an original Xbox game (like Halo 2 for example).

And you can't get content subscriptions that are on Xbox 360.

Call customer support, and ask them. they should tell you, if you can still go live with the regular Xbox.
