the towel trick will artwork warmth does not reason the RRoD its the stran from the X clamp no longer warmth if u wrap it up in a towel for like 15min it's going to make the soilder warmth up and run returned at the same time and it will play for awhile how long im not sure approximately yet i no it does artwork yet to repair those challenge u would desire to take the x clamp off for effective i very own the xbox 360 elite 120gb hard tension my buddy owns the pro so take3 it from me do the towel trick til u get the x clamp off later

I personally won't ever try to overheat the 360 it just doesn't sound like a good idea. This site can give great alternative suggestions to overheating it.

When you overheat it, it makes the thermal paste on the processor melt a little and it runs out and fills in the empty spaces and when it cools it solidifies on the processor where it needs to be.
