Can you get in trouble for making fun of people on Xbox Live?

Is it freedom of speech? Can you get in trouble with the law?
You can obviously get banned but does it break the law?

Very good question...I doubt you'll get in trouble or get banned...there's too many people online to even try...I usually encounter people who try an kill me online an after I start rating them..they start cursing an threatening me all the time...so I curse back an talk trash too making fun of them...I know for a fact that they've reported me an avoided me..but I can't help it if some of us are just better then others right?...I've checked my rep. On my profile an it's down to 2% prefer me an 98% avoid me...

Details..

Communication

Trash talk-64%

language-24%

Desruptive-0%

Behavior

Aggressive-56%

Unsporting-89%

quit early-6%

I agree with tyler, yes u might get into trouble if they report, since your talk might have them depressed,On the other hand if u play call of duty with americans u will get depressed lol

Try Call of Duty with American children, and whatever you said would sound like Shakespeare compared to them.

As Aesop put it, there is always someone far worse off than you.

Did you threaten someone? Threats can be serious. For example, telling someone you are going to kill them for real (not in the video game) stuff like that.

But if you are just making fun, then no.
