Resident Evil 4 HD for the 360?

I was wondering, I recently saw that Resident Evil 6 was coming out on the PS3/360 normally and in Special Editions. Those editions - depending on what system you get it for - include almost all the older versions of the game, but I heard they will be digital downloads only. They will include Resident Evil 6 disc but then you get a few slips of paper for the downloads. As someone who never bothered with Xbox Live this is disheartening.

Basically, I was looking for Resident Evil 4 and Code Veronica X for the 360. I heard both had been released some time ago but I'm having a hard time finding them to buy online. When I search on Amazon for Resident Evil 4 it has every platform but the 360. Is this a digital download only and is Code Veronica X?

I'm pretty sure that both RE4 and RE:Code Veronica were only ever offered as digital downloads through the Xbox Marketplace. You do need to have Xbox Live to get them, but you don't need to pay for Live as a Free or Silver membership is enough to buy DLC or redeem codes.

Resident Evil 4 and Code Veronica X are both DLC only. Look on the Xbox Marketplace
