E68: Voltage Error... This error means that the Xbox 360 has insufficent power to function properly. This can be caused by an error in the hard drive or the fans that make them suck up too much power, it can also be caused if you have unnecessary accessories attached to the console like an external fan unit. Attempt to remove unnecessary accessories first, and then necessary components such as the hard drive and USB devices. If you have any case mods you may want to investigate those as well.

maybe also a power brick problem

try pressing and holding the sync controller button

whilst pressing the eject button 4 times to get a 4 digit error code and check online

e.g 0001 power brck problem or 0022 gpu or cpu problem

hope this helps and good luck

Here are some additional "facts" as far as the STB not working. Verizon launched a "New Menu View" specifically for the Standard Set Top Boxes (not the HD versions nor the STB with the DVR, nor the DTC (converters)) - that is why some of your boxes are working and others are not. Verzion is trying to back out the code that caused this issue and restore it back to the previous menu version. Initial eta was noon ET today - obviously they missed that timeline.
