Hi,
I have an Optus Wireless USB Modem. It only plugs into a USB port and connects to the 3G cellular phone network at 7.2 Mbps. I'm just about to buy an Xbox 360 and what I want to know is, is it possible to connect to Xbox LIVE through the Wireless USB Modem or do I just plug an Ethernet cord into the back of the computer and connect it to my Xbox 360 to connect it to the Internet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It will work.

Wireless or Wired.

You can either connect it up via ethernet cable or wireless, but you gotta buy the 360 wireless adapter for $169.99 ♪

Im not 100% sure on this, but I dont think that the USB connector will work. I think the Xbox needs the MS wireless adaptor. Its also not $169 its $100. I would go with Ethernet cable if you can, its much falester and more reliable.
