I need help with the New Xbox 360 Dashboard Update?

on the new xbox 360 dashboard update, with the windows live messenger, i accidently put save password and now whenever i log into live, it logs me into messenger. i dont want to automatically log into messenger and i cant figure out a way to change that. can someone help me

you should go to xbox.com and ask a support dude to help u...that happened to me but i dont care
