How do I call in care packages for Black Ops in Xbox 360?

When I get care package I hit the right button on the d pad but then this thing pops up in my hand.
What button do I hit to call in the care package?

i have a ps3, but it should be just pressing the trigger, or whatever your shooting button is on xbox360

Simple, after you push the right button on the directional pad, push the RB button to throw the smoke marker, after a few seconds a helicopter will show up and drop the care package.



Just be sure to remember to be outside in a open location that also has some cover near by and try to make sure there are no enemies present because chances are they will do their best to kill you and take your care package for themselves.



Also, a tip, if the care package is something useless like ammo, spy plane or counter spy plane, leave it there and find a good vantage point, enemies will come running for it and you can use it to kill the enemies that come for it, good way to use a useless care package to pump up your KD ratio.

When the smoke grenade (thing) comes up you press the button you usually press to fire your weapon. But be sure to throw it away from buildings so you don't lose your care package

When you have the care package, you press the right arrow on the bottom right of the controller then you press the right trigger.

the thing that pops up in your hand is a smoke grenade. you throw that and thats where your care package will land! throw it close to you and NOT in the air. it could land on top of something that you cant get to.
