When i test my connection, everything is fine but the Xbox Live connection, I still have 12 months of Xbox Live to go and i'm really desperate, i don't particularly want to phone Microsoft so if you have any other resolutions please tell me.

It was working perfectly up until a while ago and whenever I get onto my gamertag, it won't load Xbox Live - i'm so.. >:L

Please help :)

Alrite,

Xbox Live is known for its constant hiccups and I have had a fair few problems and have had that problem in the pass.

I did have a problem with xbox live yesterday morning but it was to do with the MTU settings but this was because they had just finished the upgrade to xbox live, so xbox live was down for abit.

When did your problem start, was it fine before the update on the 29th September?

My best advice is to probably phone xbox live as they do normally tell you the problem straight away.

Good Luck

I had this problem once. Did you check all your connections? Also only one of your gamertags can have the xbox live gold unless you buy gold for each gamertag. I think your best bet it you did the to things i just said would be to call Microsoft

Hope i helped

Xbox live is experiencing intermittent service issues. Microsoft is working on the problem.

Yeah, almost everyone has the problem, Xbox live server has gone down. Just have to wait till they get it up and running again.

Microsoft are updating it at the moment.

It will be up and running again at 12.01am (GMT) tomorrow morning.
